Avocado Salad Dressing
Yield: 3 cups
Ingredients

avocados, pureed
|

|
| 1 |
cup |
sour cream
|
|
|
| 1 1/2 |
teaspoons |
salt
|
|
|

Tablespoons |
lime juice
|
|
|
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, then chill for 30 minutes. Serve with a green or fruit salad.
